- Responsibilities:_
- **Financial Reporting**:

- Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with accounting principles.
- Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
- **General Ledger Management**:

- Maintain the accuracy and integrity of the general ledger.
- Ensure timely and accurate posting of financial transactions.
- **Budgeting and Forecasting**:

- Collaborate with relevant departments to develop and monitor budgets.
- Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts based on business trends and operational needs.
- **Tax Compliance**:

- Prepare and file various tax returns, ensuring compliance with applicable tax laws.
- Stay updated on changes in tax regulations and assess their impact on the organization.
- **Audit Support**:

- Coordinate with external auditors during the annual audit process.
- Provide necessary documentation and explanations to support audit findings.
- **Financial Analysis**:

- Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making processes.
- Identify areas for cost reduction, revenue enhancement, and operational improvement.
- **Cash Flow Management**:

- Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure optimal working capital.
- Recommend strategies for improving cash flow efficiency.
- **Financial Controls**:

- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Identify and address any weaknesses in financial processes.
- **Compliance and Regulatory Reporting**:

- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and reporting requirements.
- Prepare and submit regulatory reports as necessary.
- Qualifications:_
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CA) is preferred.
- Proven experience as a financial accountant in an industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
