Key Responsibilities:
Email Handling: Efficiently manage email correspondence related to dispatch operations.
Weekly Sales & Dispatch Planning: Collaborate on the weekly planning of sales and dispatch activities.
Coordination: Work closely with internal teams, including Production, Design, Accounts, Quality, Packing, and Dispatch, to ensure a well-coordinated workflow.
Client Communication: Engage with clients to address purchase orders and respond to inquiries.
Data Management: Maintain daily order booking data and ensure all data is up to date.
Logistics Development: Contribute to the development of logistics services to achieve optimal results.
Sales Analysis: Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. Provide regular reports and insights to the sales team and management.
Sales Process Management: Manage and optimize the sales process from lead generation to deal closures, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness at each stage.
Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics aligned with business objectives.
Data Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales data, including customer records, sales pipeline, and contracts.
Analytical Skills: Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize and interpret complex data.
Organizational Skills: Exhibit excellent organizational and time management skills, enabling you to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Communication Skills: Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders at all levels.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
High fluency with computers and current software.
Ability to remain calm and deliver clear instructions under pressure.
