NOC(Network Operation Center) Resolving incoming client and personnel IT queries via email, chat, or phone. Prioritizing and resolving IT concerns and escalating serious issues to relevant stakeholders. Documenting processes and maintaining service desk records.Making recommendations to optimize IT performance and to prevent future problems. Collaborating with internal departments to ensure that IT needs are met.Act as a first point of escalation/consultation for the team on all technical, procedural, and process-related queries.Should have relevant experience in server support and ticketing tools, Exposure to any monitoring/ticketing tool, Nimsoft, DXIM, Solar Winds, Service Now etc.Good communication skills.Fundamental knowledge of Networks and Windows.Use knowledge of Remote Monitoring tools, Backup Concepts.Incident/Request/Change Concepts.Manages the team in his / her respective shift.Assists the team lead in Maintaining updating documents in a central repository for the benefit of the team.
