The ideal candidates will have strong communication skills and a solid foundation in networking concepts to monitor, troubleshoot, and ensure the smooth operation of network systems and services.Key Responsibilities- Monitor network systems, servers, and applications to ensure continuous availability. - Identify, analyze, and troubleshoot basic networking issues. - Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers or relevant teams. - Maintain accurate incident records and provide timely updates to stakeholders. - Work in a 24x7 shift environment ensuring round-the-clock monitoring and support. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes. - Document operational procedures, incidents, and solutions for knowledge sharing.Key Skills & Requirements- 3–4 years of relevant experience in NOC or IT support environments. - Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, switches, routers, firewalls). - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively. - Willingness to work in rotational shifts (including nights, weekends, and holidays).Preferred Qualifications- Exposure to network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios, Zabbix). - Basic knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management). - Relevant certifications (CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent) are a plus.
