Job Summary:

The Site Manager (PEB) is responsible for managing all site activities related to the erection and installation of pre-engineered buildings. The role involves coordinating manpower, materials, and equipment to ensure timely, safe, and quality execution of the project as per drawings and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, schedule, and supervise all PEB site erection and installation activities.
  • Ensure site work is executed as per approved drawings, safety standards, and quality norms.
  • Coordinate with the Project Manager, clients, and subcontractors for smooth site operations.
  • Manage manpower allocation and monitor daily progress reports.
  • Oversee the delivery, storage, and handling of PEB materials and ensure proper inventory management.
  • Resolve technical/site issues and provide necessary solutions on time.
  • Maintain site documentation such as DPR (Daily Progress Report), material receipt, and inspection reports.
  • Ensure safety compliance and conduct toolbox talks with the site team regularly.
  • Supervise subcontractors and ensure work completion within timelines and budget.
  • Conduct inspections during erection to maintain structural alignment and bolting quality.

  • Knowledge of safety standards and site management practices.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
  • 10-15 years of experience in PEB erection and site management.
  • Experience in handling industrial, warehouse, or commercial PEB projects preferred.
