, we're on a mission to simplify pet parenting through high-quality, Ayurveda-inspired products. As we continue to scale, we're looking for a Sales & Operations Executive who can strengthen our backend operations and drive data-backed decision-making.

About the Role

This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive. You will manage sales data, forecasting, logistics operations, and act as the central POC for Uniware. If you love working with numbers, systems, and cross-functional coordination, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Data Analysis & Forecasting

  • Analyse daily/weekly/monthly sales data to identify trends and gaps.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts to support inventory planning.
  • Share actionable insights to improve sales performance.

Logistics & Operations Management

  • Oversee daily logistics, dispatch, returns, and order flow.
  • Coordinate with warehouse teams, courier partners, and internal teams.
  • Manage end-to-end operations via Uniware and ensure SLA compliance.

DRR-Based Sales Planning

  • Track Daily Run Rate to guide inventory and sales planning.
  • Ensure product availability based on sell-outs.
  • Share DRR-based reports to support strategic decisions.

Demand Planning & Vendor Coordination

  • Identify demand patterns and maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Coordinate with vendors for POs, replenishments, and follow-ups.
  • Prevent stockouts and overstocking through timely procurement.

Central POC for Uniware

  • Handle all Uniware-related processes, training, and issue escalation.
  • Ensure clean SKU mapping, product listing accuracy, and smooth order flow.
  • Maintain high system hygiene across all operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 1–3 years' experience in sales ops, logistics, or e-commerce.
  • Proficiency in Uniware and Shopify is a must.
  • Strong analytical skills with Excel/Google Sheets expertise.
  • Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in D2C, retail, or e-commerce sectors.
  • Knowledge of DRR-based planning & forecasting.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
