We are looking for a highly driven and analytical
Growth & Strategy Manager — Omni‑Channel
to lead the next phase of our expansion across both offline and online channels. This strategic role is responsible for owning the
P&L of retail stores
,
driving growth across e-commerce (D2C website)
,
marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
, and
quick commerce (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart)
, while identifying new opportunities for scaling and customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Growth Execution
- Lead omni-channel strategy development and execution across retail and digital touchpoints.
- Identify and implement scalable growth initiatives to increase revenue, profitability, and market share.
- Collaborate with leadership on long-term business planning and market expansion.
P&L Ownership – Retail
- Drive sales performance and profitability of 40+ (and growing) retail stores across India.
- Optimize store-level operations, staffing, merchandising, and promotions to improve per-store economics.
- Work closely with regional teams and retail operations to implement strategic initiatives.
E-Commerce & Marketplaces
- Drive user acquisition, retention, and conversion strategies on JUSTDOGSSTORE.COM (D2C).
- Manage performance marketing, SEO/SEM, CRM, and CRO efforts in coordination with marketing teams.
- Own relationships and performance metrics on marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, etc.
Quick Commerce
- Expand and manage JUSTDOGS presence on platforms like Zepto, Blinkit, and Swiggy Instamart.
- Optimize assortment, pricing, fulfillment, and SLA adherence on Q-commerce platforms.
Data-Driven Decision Making
- Build dashboards and models to track KPIs and business performance across all channels.
- Conduct cohort analysis, funnel tracking, and customer segmentation to identify growth levers.
Key Requirements
- MBA from IIMs or other Tier-1 B-Schools (ISB, SPJIMR, XLRI etc.).
- 3–6 years of experience in business strategy, growth, consulting, or category management roles.
- Strong understanding of retail P&L, e-commerce dynamics, and marketplace operations.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and digital marketing dashboards.
- Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders across levels.
- Passion for pets and an entrepreneurial mindset is a strong plus.
