- Investigate and resolve payment-related issues, responding to vendor/client inquiries promptly.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of compliant.
- Assist in month-end closing activities, including account reconciliations and reporting.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of customer management processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as business users, controllership, technology & other stakeholders for process & system enhancements.
- Establish and maintain relationships with business users, addressing inquiries and resolving payment-related issues.
- Take accountability and manage multiple priorities.
- Participate in standardization and continuous improvement initiatives as well as other business partner initiatives.
- Work on initiatives.
- Japanese language expert
- Bachelors degree.
- Proven experience of minimum 2-5 years in a similar role with strong understanding of customer management.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage workload efficiently & strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant office software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30, ₹45,000.00 per month
