Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide sales support to Japanese clients by understanding their requirements and providing solutions through our products/services.
- Develop strong relationships with existing customers to identify upsell opportunities and increase revenue growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., engineering, operations) to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity in Japan.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other materials for client meetings.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 0-4 years of experience in a similar role or related field (sales support).
- Proficiency in Japanese language skills (reading , speaking).
- Strong understanding of Sales
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
