Nautai Marine Services and Trading Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Documentation Executive to manage and organize all marine and crewing-related documents. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of maritime paperwork, certificates, compliance, and documentation processes related to vessel operations and seafarer management.

Key Responsibilities: Seafarer Documentation:

  • Handle verification, updating, and filing of seafarer documents:
  • Passport, CDC, COC
  • STCW certificates
  • Medicals (ILO / PEME)
  • Yellow Fever, INDOS, US Visa etc.
  • Maintain validity tracking and ensure timely renewal of all seafarer certificates.
  • Prepare complete document sets for crew joining, including joining letters, SEA, contracts, owner formats, and checklists.

Vessel / Client Documentation:

  • Assist in preparing vessel-specific documents as required by shipowners/charterers.
  • Coordinate with manning agents, vessel managers, and crewing officers for compliance-related paperwork.

Compliance & Reporting:

  • Ensure all documentation complies with MLC 2006, STCW, RPSL, and Flag State requirements.
  • Maintain digital & physical document repositories.
  • Prepare documentation reports and share with Crewing/HR departments.

Coordination:

  • Coordinate with seafarers for missing documents, renewals, and joining requirements.
  • Work closely with Crewing Officers, HR, and Operations team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22, ₹30,000.00 per month
