Job Overview
The Office Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The role involves managing daily administrative tasks, coordinating communication, and assisting staff to maintain smooth workflow and a professional office environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations and maintain office cleanliness and organization.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence; direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, records, and files (physical & digital).
- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory; place orders when necessary.
- Perform other clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, mailing, and filing.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1–3 years of experience.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Professional attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
Working Conditions
- On-site / Hybrid.
- Standard office hours with occasional overtime if required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10, ₹20,000.00 per month
