Marketing Manager Job Description **Roles & Responsibilities**The Marketing Manager willtake on a leadership role, primarily coordinating with the sales team to plan,create, and deliver impactful content. This collaboration aims to position thecompany as a market leader. * The successful candidatewill have established relationships with Electrical Consultants, ProjectManagement Consultants, Architects, and End Clients.* They will have experienceworking within industry segments such as Pharma, Cements, Oil and Gas, andManufacturing Plants.* The Marketing Managershould have experience with 11kV HT Panel and 415V LT Panels, and exposure toElectrical Components like VCB, ACB, MCCB, MCB, Transformer, Generators,Relays, and PLC.* They will define andimplement marketing strategies, including budget management.* They will develop andexecute product messaging in collaboration with product management teams.* The Marketing Managerwill coordinate and deliver new product launches, working closely with productmanagement teams to achieve go -to -market strategy and product revenue goals.* They will develop KPIs tomeasure marketing tool performance, drive continuous improvement, and sharebest practices.* They will communicatewith channel partners to ensure they have access to and utilize the company'slatest messaging and marketing content.* The Marketing Managerwill also undertake additional duties and tasks as assigned. Requirements**Required Skills and Experience** * Excellent communication,interpersonal, and leadership skills.* In -depth knowledge ofElectrical Control Panels.* In -depth understandingof, or experience with, Switchgears, Control Transformers, and Generators.* Strong attention todetail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiplepriorities independently.* Understanding of customerbuying cycles and decision -making processes.* Good workingunderstanding of selling and marketing in a global environment.* **Essential Skills:**Proficiency in communication tools such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint,PDF, and search engine utilization.* **Language Proficiency: **Fluency in Kannada, English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, and Malayalam.* **Experience: ** 5 -7years of experience in sales.* **Gender: ** Male* **Marital Status: **Married* **Industry Experience: **Must have worked with manufacturers, dealers, distributors, or turnkeycontracting companies.* **Qualifications: ** BE (Electrical)or Diploma in Electrical Engineering & MBA (Marketing).* **Additional Requirement:** Must own a two -wheeler and be available to join immediately.* ** Location: **Bangalore, Pune, Mumbai, Hyderabad and Chennai.
