Work closely with product, sales, and academic teams to strategize and execute campaigns that connect with students, educators, institutions, and parents. Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and user engagement within the education sector. - Plan, launch, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across paid media, email, social, and content platforms. - Collaborate with product and sales teams to align marketing goals with business objectives and academic outcomes. - Oversee and grow our social media presence, content strategy, SEO, website, and community engagement initiatives - Analyze campaign performance, prepare reports, and use insights to drive continuous improvement and ROI. - Manage marketing budgets and work with external agencies or partners as required. - Stay current with EdTech and digital marketing trends; identify innovative tactics for growth and outreach. - Organize or support events, webinars, and collaborations with schools, universities, and thought leaders. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field - 34 years proven experience in marketing, with digital and/or EdTech experience preferred. - Proficiency in digital channels (SEO, SEM, email, social media, content marketing, analytics, CRM tools) - Strong written, visual, and verbal communication skills - Analytical mindset and data-driven decision maker - Project management and teamwork skills; able to collaborate across teams
