This role blends analytical thinking with creative strategy to drive measurable revenue growth for multiple D2C brands. Key Responsibilities - Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and influencer channels. - Develop and refine full-funnel customer journeys tailored for D2C growth. - Analyze and report on key performance metrics including CAC, AOV, LTV, and ROAS. - Collaborate closely with creative teams to test new content formats, hooks, and ad styles. - Deliver weekly performance dashboards, insights, and growth recommendations to clients. Requirements - 34 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, preferably within the D2C space. - Experienced working in an Agency Environment. - Proficiency with GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and analytics/reporting dashboards. - Ability to translate data into strategic direction not just numbers, but narratives. - Strong curiosity for emerging ad formats, AI automation, and evolving e-commerce trends.
