We are scaling aggressively in B2B and online sales (Amazon, Flipkart, ) and are looking for a digital marketing expert to take charge of our SEO & Ads strategy.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior SEO & Ads Specialist with proven expertise in driving organic growth and ROI-focused advertising. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in SEO strategy, performance marketing, analytics, and conversion optimization for e-commerce and B2B businesses.

You will be responsible for:

  • Driving organic traffic, keyword rankings, and technical SEO improvements.
  • Managing ROI-driven ad campaigns across Google, Meta, Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho.
  • Delivering measurable results in traffic growth, lead generation, and sales conversions.
  • Mentoring and guiding junior SEO/Ads executives.

Key Responsibilities

SEO Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and site audits.
  • Optimize metadata, schema, internal linking, and content.
  • Build authority with backlinks, PR, and content partnerships.
  • Track and report keyword performance, traffic, and conversions.

Performance Marketing (Ads)

  • Plan and execute paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, Meesho Ads.
  • Manage monthly budgets (₹2–10 lakhs) and optimize CPC/CPA.
  • Run A/B testing, remarketing, and lookalike audience campaigns.
  • Monitor KPIs: CTR, CPL, ROAS, Conversions.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, SimilarWeb.
  • Provide weekly/monthly performance dashboards with actionable insights.
  • Recommend and execute continuous improvements.

Collaboration

  • Work with design/content teams to create SEO-optimized creatives & landing pages.
  • Align campaigns with sales and product goals.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members (e.g., SEO executives).

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of proven experience in SEO + Ads.
  • Strong success record in e-commerce SEO and ROI-positive ad campaigns.
  • Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog).
  • Strong analytical skills, Excel/Google Sheets proficiency.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Amazon, Flipkart, JioMart Ads.
  • Familiarity with Shopify/WordPress SEO plugins.
  • Google Ads / Meta Ads certifications.
  • Prior experience in apparel / lifestyle / FMCG brands is a plus.

Compensation & Growth

₹50,000 – ₹75,000/month + performance incentives (based on ROI & sales impact).
