Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

  • Sourcing and screening profiles for open requirements.
  • Following up with candidates and coordinating interviews between candidates and managers.
  • Managing interview schedules and ensuring smooth coordination with candidates and customers.
  • Supporting engineering development programs, including annual campus recruitment, rotations, relocation arrangements, annual meetings, information meetings, newsletters, and team-building activities.
  • Aligning recruitment demand with talent acquisition and following up on the status of recruitment.
  • Managing one assigned project independently.
  • Supporting the benefits team with administrative tasks.
  • Performing frequent data entry.
  • Preparing correspondence for leave packets.
  • Assisting with special tasks as assigned.
