About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager Execution to lead and oversee end-to-end project execution for our Solar EPC business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality completion of solar projects across multiple sites while maintaining strong stakeholder coordination and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of solar EPC projects from pre-construction to commissioning.
  • Manage and oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to achieve organizational targets.
  • Ensure compliance with technical, quality, safety, and environmental standards across all project sites.
  • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project management teams for seamless project execution.
  • Develop and implement execution strategies for utility-scale and C&I solar projects.
  • Review project progress and prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and performance reviews for management.
  • Ensure effective vendor and subcontractor management, including negotiations, monitoring, and evaluation.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in project planning, process optimization, and cost control.
  • Build and lead a high-performance project execution team, fostering collaboration and accountability.
  • Manage client relationships and ensure satisfaction through proactive communication and delivery excellence.

Qualifications & Experience

  • B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical / Mechanical / Civil Engineering (Masters preferred).
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in project execution within Solar EPC / Power / Infrastructure industries.
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale solar projects (MW scale) across multiple sites.
  • Strong understanding of EPC project management, construction techniques, and grid connectivity.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, etc.).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
