₹3,60,000 - ₹4,80,000 a year We are looking for a detail-driven Banking Operations Executive to manage the day-to-day banking and treasury activities for a dynamic, fast-scaling luxury retail organization. The role requires a sharp understanding of financial operations, proactive coordination with multiple banks, and the ability to maintain accurate and timely financial records. You will be responsible for executing payments, monitoring fund flow, supporting loan-related processes, and ensuring complete alignment between internal accounts and banking systems. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess strong financial discipline, and can independently manage high-volume banking activities with precision.Key Responsibilities 1. Payment Processing & Accounting Entries Execute daily payments across categories including vendor invoices, salaries, old gold purchases, margin transfers, and loan-related disbursements. Prepare and post accurate journal entries for all receipts and payments in the ERP/accounting system. Ensure all payment transactions comply with internal financial controls and approval workflows. 2. Fund Flow & Cash Management Monitor balances across Cash Credit (CC) accounts and allocate funds efficiently to maintain optimal liquidity. Support daily cash planning activities and ensure seamless fund movement across internal accounts. Manage interest payouts, EMI schedules, and corporate credit card payments. 3. Banking Coordination & Loan Operations Liaise with various banks for approvals, documentation, issue resolution, and day-to-day transaction follow-ups. Handle loan-related requirements including documentation, drawdowns, and operational processing. Manage Auto-Sweep arrangements and support WCDL-related repayments with accurate documentation. 4. Reconciliations & Reporting Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations, ensuring every transaction matches internal financial records. Investigate discrepancies promptly and ensure timely resolution. Prepare and circulate Daily Fund Flow Reports and contribute to monthly MIS covering banking activities and transaction summaries.
What Makes You a Great Fit Strong knowledge of banking operations, fund flow management, payment processing, and reconciliations. Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP platforms, and financial systems with a high level of accuracy in documentation. Excellent communication and coordination skills for managing multi-bank interactions.
