This role focuses on managing core banking and financial operations for a fast-growing luxury retail environment. You will handle loan documentation, daily banking activities, reconciliations, and import/export financial processes while ensuring full compliance with RBI/FEMA guidelines. The position requires strong coordination with banks, meticulous documentation management, and the ability to support smooth financial operations across branches.

Requirements
*Key Responsibilities*

  • Prepare, review, and track documentation related to Gold Metal Loans (GML) and Working Capital Demand Loans (WCDL)
  • Manage account openings, KYC compliance, and coordination with banking partners
  • Oversee corporate credit card issuance, activation, and reconciliation with ERP and employee claims
  • Handle import/export financial workflows including invoice verification, SWIFT payments, and FEMA/RBI compliance checks
  • Maintain accurate MCX ledgers, daily journal entries, and transaction records
  • Coordinate with branches and banks for fund transfers, POS-related issues, and operational banking requirements
  • Resolve reconciliation mismatches for deposits, invoices, and POS settlements
