This position involves managing end-to-end banking operations for a fast-growing luxury retail environment. The role focuses on daily payments, journal postings, fund flow oversight, loan-related processes, and maintaining accurate financial records. You will coordinate extensively with multiple banks, ensure compliance with internal financial policies, and support smooth, error-free banking operations that contribute to strong financial discipline across the organization.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
  • Process timely payments across categories such as salaries, vendors, old gold, margins, and loan-related disbursements.
  • Post daily journal entries for receipts and payments, ensuring accuracy and alignment with accounting records.
  • Monitor balances across Cash Credit (CC) accounts and manage fund flow to maintain healthy cash positions.
  • Handle interest payments, EMIs, and corporate credit card settlements.
  • Coordinate with banks for approvals, issue resolution, loan-related documents, and operational follow-ups.
  • Manage Auto-Sweep processes and support WCDL repayments with required documentation.
  • Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations and validate all transactions against internal records.
  • Prepare and circulate Daily Fund Reports and support monthly MIS for banking and transaction summaries.
