Business Analyst

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst with 2-5 years of experience to join our team. The role involves client interaction, requirement gathering, documentation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with clients to gather, analyze, and validate business requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
- Create and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specification Documents (FSDs), user stories, workflows, and use cases.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and project management teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented correctly.
- Conduct requirement analysis sessions, workshops, and client presentations.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure deliverables align with client expectations.
- Ensure proper documentation is maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance business efficiency.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for client interaction and documentation.
- Experience in requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation.
- Proficiency in tools such as MS Office, JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
- Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
