Kitchen Operation Manager

The Kitchen Operation Manager oversees the day-to-day activities of a kitchen, guaranteeing smooth operations and high-quality output. This role involves managing staff, coordinating orders, and maintaining inventory control to ensure that all aspects of kitchen operations run efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily kitchen operations (Balery) and ensure high food quality and safety standards.
- Supervise, train, and schedule kitchen staff effectively.
- Coordinate with suppliers and manage inventory to avoid shortages or excess.
- Develop and enforce hygiene and cleanliness protocols.
- Monitor kitchen equipment and arrange for maintenance and repairs when necessary.
- Implement cost-control measures to minimize waste and optimize resources.
- Collaborate with the head chef to plan and update menus.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a kitchen manager or in a similar role.
- Should have background in BAKERY
- Solid understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Excellent organizational and management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
