Job Title: Asst. Manager - B2B Marketing Solar Modules
Location: Noida
Department: Marketing Communication
Reporting To: Head Marcom
Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Asst. Manager - B2B Marketing Solar Modules to lead brand visibility, engagement, and demand generation across business-to-business channels. The role will focus on industry exhibitions (like REI, Intersolar, etc.), events, strategic partnerships, and digital B2B initiatives to strengthen our positioning in the renewable energy and allied sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Event & Exhibition Management
Lead planning and execution of large-scale exhibitions such as REI, Intersolar, Conferences, and sector-specific trade shows.
Develop end-to-end event strategies including stall design, brand communication, customer engagement activities, and lead generation campaigns.
Coordinate with agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders for seamless execution.
Track ROI from exhibitions through visitor data, lead quality, and business conversions.
Give Aways production, POSM Brochures etc stock control
B2B Marketing & Branding
Customer Testimonials AV, recording, case studies building, corporate presentations making, Design marketing campaigns targeted at institutional, government, and enterprise clients.
Create sector-specific marketing collaterals (presentations, brochures, case studies, AVs).
Identify sponsorships, speaking engagements, and networking opportunities.
Support Content Generation
For brochures, data sheets, social media posts, website blogs, etc
Qualifications & Skills
MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
510 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in renewable energy, infrastructure, or industrial sectors.
Proven track record of managing large exhibitions and industry events.
Strong project management, vendor management, and cross-functional coordination skills.
Excellent communication (written & verbal) and presentation abilities.
Hands-on experience with CRM, marketing automation, and digital platforms (LinkedIn, HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.).
