Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver marketing strategies that align with business goals.
  • Manage campaigns from planning to launch (digital, social, PPC, events).
  • Oversee marketing budget and vendor relationships.
  • Lead, train, and mentor marketing staff.
  • Analyze campaign results (KPIs, ROI) and optimize performance.
  • Ensure brand consistency and collaborate with sales, product, finance teams.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

  • 2 to 3 years of marketing experience
  • Proficiency in digital and traditional marketing
  • Strong analytical, budgeting, and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and collaborative mindset
