Job Title: Assistant Manager – Operations

Location: Delhi

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and sales-driven Assistant Manager – Operations with a background in the property/real estate industry, preferably catering to NRI services. The ideal candidate will manage operations, support sales functions, convert leads into clients, and ensure seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales initiatives and achieve business targets in the property/NRI services domain.

  • Convert leads into clients through effective engagement and relationship management.

  • Oversee daily operational activities to ensure smooth workflow.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with NRI clients, providing end-to-end property management services.

  • Coordinate with internal teams for property listings, documentation, and client servicing.

  • Implement process improvements for operational efficiency.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • MBA with 3–6 years of experience in operations/sales (real estate or property management preferred).

  • Proven sales orientation with ability to drive revenue.

  • Experience in converting leads into clients in the property/NRI services sector.

  • Prior experience in the property industry/NRI services is highly desirable.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and business management tools.

  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40, ₹60,000.00 per month

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Operations management: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Client Relationship Management: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Service Industry: 3 years (Preferred)
