Job involves a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to help expand our client base and drive growth. You will identify new business opportunities, build relationships, and develop strategies to increase revenue. This role involves market research, lead generation, and nurturing prospects through the sales funnel. You'll collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to align goals and deliver tailored solutions to clients. Creating detailed proposals, presentations, and sales pitches will be a regular part of your responsibilities. You'll manage negotiations, close deals, and maintain long-term client relationships.Tracking sales performance, forecasting revenue, and reporting regularly to senior management is expected. Strong communication and networking skills are essential for success in this role. You should be a strategic thinker who can adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required. 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition is preferred. Proven ability to meet or exceed targets in a competitive market is highly valued. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills are a must. Familiarity with CRM tools and data-driven sales strategies is expected. Experience in service industry is preferred. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure is key.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are important.
