HR and Administrative Assistant

Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR & Admin professional to manage core HR operations along with administrative responsibilities. The role involves handling recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, office administration, and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of HR & Admin activities.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in payroll processing and attendance management.
- Support performance management and appraisal processes.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and grievance handling.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Administration
- Oversee office management, facilities, and vendor coordination.
- Handle procurement of office supplies and maintain inventory.
- Coordinate travel, meetings, and event arrangements.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing system.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and productive workplace environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- [0–3 / 2–5] years of experience in HR & Admin roles (Freshers with strong interest in HR/Admin may also apply).
- Good knowledge of HR processes, policies, and labor laws.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
