Job Title: HR Assistant – HR Operations
Location: OWIS, Sarjapur Campus
About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support day-to-day HR operations and ensure smooth execution of HR processes. The role involves assisting in employee lifecycle management, documentation, HRIS maintenance, and coordination with various departments to uphold HR standards and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end HR operational activities including onboarding, documentation, and employee record management.
- Maintain and update employee data in HR systems (Pocket HRMS).
- Assist in payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management.
- Prepare HR-related letters (offer, confirmation, experience, etc.).
- Coordinate exit formalities and maintain proper documentation.
- Handle employee queries and provide administrative HR support.
- Coordinate with campus teams for timely submissions and updates.
- Support HR audits, MIS reporting, and data accuracy across functions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR operations or generalist role.
- Good understanding of HR processes and compliance.
- Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.
- Attention to detail, confidentiality, and ability to multitask effectively.
Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
