SummaryThe HR Associate will be responsible for managing core HR operations, ensuring strict compliance with company policies and rules, and providing comprehensive HR-related communications both internally and externally. This role emphasizes accurate reporting and requires excellent English communication skills.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment support, onboarding, benefits administration, and record management.Enforce organizational policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and consistency across HR functions.Prepare, maintain, and present accurate HR reports to management and relevant external agencies as required.Handle and disseminate all HR-related communications effectively, serving as the primary contact for HR queries internally and externally.Maintain and update HR databases, files, and employee records with confidentiality and diligence.Support the smooth execution of onboarding and exit processes, background verification, and policy briefings.Assist in planning and coordinating HR initiatives, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.Advise employees on HR-related matters, fostering a positive and professional work environment.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.1-2 years' experience in HR operations or as an HR coordinator/assistant, preferably in a corporate setting.Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.Strong reporting skills and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Sound knowledge of HR best practices, policies, and employment law.Proven organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.High level of interpersonal skills for effective internal and external communication.Ability to work independently and as part of the HR team.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:Sarjapura, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Education:Master's (Required)Experience:Human resources: 2 years (Preferred)Language:English (Required)Work Location: In person
