  • Maintain day-to-day accounting including vouchers, receipts, payments, petty cash, and bank reconciliation.
  • Manage accounts payable/receivable with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients, and prepare project-wise expense reports.
  • Ensure statutory compliance (GST, TDS, etc.) and coordinate with external auditors when required.
  • Assist in budgeting, cost control, and cash flow management.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as attendance, leave records, employee files, and office documentation.
  • Support procurement by preparing purchase orders, tracking stock/material records, and coordinating with site staff and vendors.
  • Manage office operations including correspondence, filing, stationery, utilities, and general admin support.
  • Prepare reports, letters, and assist management with meetings, follow-ups, and day-to-day coordination.
