Sr. Production Executive

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing vendors, serving as the primary point of contact for all vendor-related matters.
  2. Source new vendors and evaluate their capabilities, pricing, and quality of goods/services to ensure alignment with company requirements.
  3. Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors to secure favorable terms and conditions, including pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms.
  4. Coordinate with internal stakeholders, such as the procurement team, finance department, and end-users, to gather requirements and facilitate the procurement process.
  5. Monitor vendor performance and compliance with contractual obligations, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
  6. Conduct regular vendor evaluations and performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and optimize vendor relationships.

    7.Stay informed about market trends, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements related to vendor management and procurement.

    8.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline procurement processes and achieve cost savings and operational efficiencies.

    9.Prepare and maintain accurate records of vendor contracts, agreements, and performance metrics.

Requirement

  1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field (preferred).
  2. Proven experience in vendor management, procurement, or a related field.
  3. Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.
  4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and procurement software.
  6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  8. Knowledge of procurement best practices, market dynamics, and industry trends.
  9. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
