Sr. Visual Designer - Job Description About BeepKart BeepKart is building a buyer-focused brand of used 2-wheelers. It is taking a digital-first approach to provide the trust that buyers seek in this high consideration and involvement category. BeepKart is helping to write buyer-friendly rules to make the experience of buying and owning a used 2-wheeler as hassle-free as with new 2-wheelers. Website Role Overview The role of a Sr. Visual Design falls under the purview of the marketing team in the creative function at BeepKart. You will operate as the creative lead of the team, reporting into the Department Head. The creative function of the marketing team renders a massive impact in communicating our brand values and identity to our customers. You will spearhead the end - to-end creative process for marketing initiatives, driving ideation, design, and execution across digital and offline channels. Skillset & Experience Experience: 4-5+ years as a Brand / Art / Graphic Designer. Work experience with an advertising agency is a plus. Education: Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Commercial Art, or equivalent work experience. Creative Expertise: - Strong grasp of design principles, including color, typography, grids, and layout systems. - Fundamental understanding of video production principles, including composition, pacing, and editing. - Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all deliverables. Creative Thinking: First-principles approach to problem-solving, with the ability to break down creative briefs, conduct design research & create compelling visual communications. Audience Understanding: Appreciation of target audience behavior & insights, and UX principles, and using them to craft relevant and engaging designs. Execution & Collaboration: - Develop innovative, cohesive, consistent and visually appealing creative material - Work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective translation of creative concepts. - Streamline workflows for creative briefs / asset versioning / vendor coordination - Coordinate with vendors and agencies to ensure seamless communication and accurate handover of requirements, strategy and design files, including BTL / ATL campaign files - Organize and maintain work trackers and communication assets & material across digital & physical formats. Technical Proficiency: - Mastery of industry-standard design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma). - Hands-on experience with video, motion/3D tools (Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Blender). - Strong copywriting skills to craft clear, compelling, and brand-aligned messaging. - Familiarity with prompts for Generative AI tools to generate high-quality copy, images and videos. Soft skills: - Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate and justify design decisions to stakeholders. - Process oriented with attention to detail - Proficiency in English is required, while Kannada/Tamil is preferred for vernacular deliverables and effective communication with stakeholders and vendors. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: Up to ₹1,000,000.00 per year **Benefits**: - Cell phone reimbursement - Health insurance - Paid sick time - Provident Fund Schedule: - Day shift Work Location: In person
