Inventory Coordinator
who can take responsibility for accurate tracking, documentation, and ensuring readiness for shipment schedules.

This is a hands-on, detail-driven role that supports our warehouse managers. There is no team supervision involved — the focus is on clear visibility, reliable records, and proactive communication.

What you will do:

  • Maintain accurate daily records of incoming FMCG cartons, including quantities, carton details, expiry dates, and damages.
  • Track stock levels for packaging materials such as jars, lids, bottles, boxes, labels, pouches, and tins.
  • Maintain buyer-wise records of private-label packaging and leftover materials after production.
  • Log all material movements, including items issued for packing or production and items returned.
  • Ensure pallets and stacks are correctly tagged so materials stay visible and easy to find.
  • Coordinate with receiving and packing teams to confirm counts and placement.
  • Check availability of all items needed for upcoming container-loading schedules.
  • Alert leadership well in advance if something is short, delayed, or unlikely to be ready on time, helping avoid loading delays and extended labour hours.
  • Prepare weekly summaries for management and maintain clean, reliable Excel-based records.

What we're looking for:

  • 1–4 years of experience in inventory, storekeeping, warehousing, or similar roles.
  • Strong attention to detail and disciplined record-keeping habits.
  • Basic to good Excel skills (filters, simple formulas, organised data entry).
  • Comfortable working on the warehouse floor around cartons and packaging materials.
  • Honest, reliable, process-oriented, and good at communicating with the warehouse team.
