We are an omni-channel retail brand focused on homeware and lifestyle items. We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Inventory Manager to oversee all aspects of inventory control and QA within our warehouse. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate stock levels, efficient product movement, and optimal warehouse organization to support timely order fulfillment and minimize losses and shortages.

Role & responsibilities

  • Conduct regular cycle counts, spot checks, and full physical inventories.
  • Perform QA checks including branding, MRP, packaging checks
  • Oversee the receiving, put-away, replenishment, and picking processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Ensure all inventory is correctly mapped as per bin locations
  • Improve processes such as stowing, put-backs, receiving
  • Supervise and train warehouse staff to ensure minimal loss of inventory

Preferred candidate profile

  • 3+ years of experience in inventory management, preferably within an e-commerce or retail warehouse or in a distribution environment
  • Strong knowledge of Google Sheets, ERP systems and other backend software
  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable college / university
  • Proficiency in Excel and data analysis
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities
