About the Role:

We are seeking a highly analytical and proactive professional to manage and grow our presence across leading
Quick Commerce and E-Commerce platforms
. The role involves
owning category P&L
, managing vendor/marketplace relationships, and driving growth through strategic planning, assortment management, and effective execution. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience working with marketplaces such as
Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Myntra, and others
, with a strong understanding of category management and business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Category P&L Ownership:
    Manage the profitability, pricing, and margins for assigned categories across marketplaces.
  • Vendor & Marketplace Management:
    Work closely with vendor managers/category teams of Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Myntra, etc. to drive growth opportunities.
  • Assortment & Listing Strategy:
    Plan product assortment, ensure accurate listings, optimize visibility, and manage content across platforms.
  • Promotions & Campaigns:
    Drive visibility through promotions, marketing campaigns, and platform-specific initiatives.
  • Business Analysis:
    Track KPIs (sales, margins, stock cover, conversions, etc.) and provide actionable insights to improve performance.
  • Demand Planning & Supply Coordination:
    Align with supply chain, operations, and finance teams to ensure inventory availability and healthy stock rotation.
  • Negotiations:
    Negotiate terms, margins, and promotional opportunities with marketplace partners to maximize profitability.
  • Market Intelligence:
    Keep track of competitors, category trends, and consumer insights to shape business decisions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    Work with internal teams to align on pricing strategies, product launches, and revenue growth initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 2–6 years of experience in
    Quick Commerce or E-Commerce category/vendor management
    .
  • Proven experience working with marketplaces like
    Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Myntra, etc.
  • Strong understanding of
    P&L management, category growth, pricing, and promotions
    .
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data and take decisions.
  • Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • MBA/PGDM preferred but not mandatory.
