We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Quick Commerce Coordinator to manage our relationships with distributors, ensure seamless order processing, and guarantee timely fulfilment of quick commerce (Q-com) purchase orders. This role is the key link between our distributors, logistics, warehousing, and Q-com platforms—keeping everything moving smoothly and on time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Distributor Coordination

  • Liaise with distributors servicing Q-com to ensure timely stock availability.

  • Monitor primary sales, stock movements, and payment status.

  • Track and resolve any supply gaps or payment issues proactively.

  • Purchase Order Management

  • Handle all POs from Q-com platforms, including those routed via distributors.

  • Verify POs for accuracy, minimum order value (MOV) compliance, and pricing correctness.

  • Schedule delivery appointments and pass details to the logistics team.

  • Fulfilment & Logistics Coordination

  • Work closely with logistics and warehousing to ensure orders are dispatched in full and on time.

  • Track deliveries, resolve exceptions or delays, and maintain fulfilment SLAs.

  • Coordinate reverse logistics or claims in case of damaged or incorrect shipments.

  • Reporting & Process Improvement

  • Maintain accurate records of POs, fulfilment, and payments.

  • Prepare periodic reports for internal teams and management.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements

  • Graduate degree (preferably in Business, Supply Chain, or related field).
  • 2–4 years' experience in supply chain coordination, distributor management, or quick commerce operations.
  • Strong understanding of Q-com platforms and their operational requirements.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
