Heavens Manpower Solutions is hiring Freshers for Business Development Officer at Ernakulam for a reputed Business Entity to support the work of its marketing dream team on projects and activities aimed at developing current market.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and improve upon existing sales
  • Create brand awareness
  • Organize and implement targets
  • Network with suppliers, partner organizations (OEM), Builders/ contractors, Interior designing teams and others to built sales.
  • Develop new markets initiatives and coordinate, events or crossover collaborations to strengthen engagement with target audience
  • Assess market trends, analysis consumer markets activities to identify opportunities
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure that products are delivered on time

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations
  • Energetic and Pleasant personality
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Computer knowledge is compulsory
  • Willingness to travel

Requirements

  • Candidates with minimum of 3 years in Sanitaryware/ furniture/ Glassware/ Hardware preferred
  • Statutory benefits provided after successful probationary period
  • Official expenses will be reimbursed as per company policy
  • Should possess a 2 wheeler
  • Competitive Sales based on BGV and sales skills.
