Job Description

iEnergizer is hiring for a US Telecom Customer Support – Blended Process (70% Chat & 30% Voice). We are looking for energetic and customer-oriented professionals with excellent communication skills to handle international customer queries effectively through calls and chats.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries and complaints via inbound calls and chat support.
  • Provide accurate and timely solutions ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain quality and performance standards as per process requirements.
  • Manage customer interactions professionally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

Required Candidate Profile

  • Education: Undergraduate or Graduate (any stream).
  • Experience: Minimum 6 months of international BPO experience (voice or blended).
  • Skills: Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English.
  • Flexibility: Comfortable with rotational shifts and week offs.
  • Work Mode: Work from Office (Noida, Sector-60).
