Job Profile: US AT&T Telesales (International US Telecom - Broadband)
Job Location: Noida
Salary Budget: 40,000 INR + Incentives
Age Criteria: Up to 40 years
Interview: Telephonic
Working Days: 5 days a week
Timings: Night shift, any 9-hour window between 8 pm to 6 am
Key Responsibilities:
Handling inbound calls from customers.
Qualifying leads and understanding customer needs.
Demonstrating product/service knowledge.
Delivering effective sales pitches to convince customers.
Building rapport with customers to enhance relationships.
Addressing and overcoming customer objections.
Closing sales deals and achieving targets.
Following up with customers post-sales.
Adapting to changes in processes or procedures.
Efficient time management to maximize productivity.
Upholding professionalism in all interactions.
Education & Experience:
Minimum 12th pass or graduated.
At least 1 year of experience in international sales.
Skills Required:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Active listening to understand customer needs effectively.
Strong persuasion and influencing skills.
Negotiation skills to close sales deals.
Problem-solving abilities to address customer concerns.
Teamwork to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
Resilience and adaptability to handle challenges and changes.
**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

- Night shift
- Rotational shift
- US shift
