Practice: Technology, Media, and Telecom

Areas of Work: Fiber Network Strategy & Architecture, Fiber Network Rollout and Design

Location: Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida

Experience: 8-15 Years

Hire type: Contract

Level: Manager/Senior Consultant

Profiles with GPON/FTTx network experience/microwave engineering with understanding of Core/Access/Aggregation and Last Mile Access Layers, Network KPIs,

Either from a design or planning for network operations background

Technical Experience:

Must-Haves:

Experience in Telecom networks process design for Fiber network planning and design, Fiber network operations, and Fiber deployments for B2B & B2C business

Experience in Fiber network due diligence, network migration, CAPEX optimization, network analytics, and reporting

Solutioning experience in Fiber design & rollout

Working knowledge of Fiber network infrastructure (passive and active broadband network parts, relevant technology, and network elements)

Experience in vendor onboarding, monitoring & reporting, capacity planning, and management

Good experience in establishing a command center and OSS integration with IT applications.

Delivery experience of telecom networks process in network operations of FTTx. Example: Service Delivery, Service Assurance, Field Force Management, Asset Management, Network Inventory, Customer Complaint Handling, NOC/SOC, etc.

Experience in creating business cases for telcos/enterprises for FTTx rollout.

Good knowledge and experience of digital, analytical, and FTTx use cases in the fiber network planning, operations, and deployment areas.

Good understanding of technical requirements for broadband network, high level FTTx architecture.

Good understanding of Fiber Rollout & Operational KPI definitions and measurement.
