Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Telecom Project Manager to lead complex, multi-phase network infrastructure programs across regions and technologies. This role bridges technical depth with commercial acumen ideal for a professional capable of translating strategic objectives into tangible, on-time project delivery. You will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of telecom deployments from feasibility and partner alignment to rollout, optimization, and operational handoverworking closely with engineering, vendor, and client teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, and deliver telecom infrastructure projects (IP core, optical transport, edge data centers, 5G backhaul, and/or CDN nodes).

  • Define project scope, milestones, budgets, and performance metrics in alignment with strategic goals.

  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams spanning network engineering, civil works, and security compliance.

  • Manage vendor selection, procurement, and SLA negotiations.

  • Track progress using structured reporting and risk-mitigation frameworks.

  • Ensure adherence to technical, regulatory, and data-sovereignty requirements across jurisdictions.

  • Serve as the primary interface for stakeholderstranslating technical detail into executive insight.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Master's degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, or Project Management.

  • 8+ years of experience in telecom infrastructure projects, including management roles (preferred).

  • Proven expertise in network rollout, fiber, deployment projects and/or O&M activities..

  • Strong command of project management methodologies.

  • Excellent communication, documentation, and cross-cultural coordination skills.

  • Familiarity with budgeting, scheduling, and vendor management.

  • Demonstrated ability to deliver projects under challenging technical and regulatory environments.
