Solution Designer/Solution Architect

• We are looking for someone who has an excellent understanding of Telecom Domain.
• 4-15 years experience, who has excellent understanding of Telecom Domain, and experience of Consulting / Solution Design / Solution Architecture for IT Products and Services development.
• As a Telecom Domain Consultant, you'll be required to seek out the best ways to improve business processes and effectiveness through technology, strategy, analytic solutions.
• Brings in strong knowledge in the telecom domain, and a working experience across Business and Technology Roles, across B2B and B2C businesses.
• Works with senior leadership, brings thought leadership, and helps to build and strengthen Telecom practice.
• Experience with Business Analysis, Business Process Re-engineering, E2E Solution Design / Component or System Design / Solution Architecture, in Telecom OSS / BSS domain is required.
• Good to have working experience on Digital Transformation, OSS/BSS Cloud Implementations, Network Transformation programs.
• Understanding of Technology Landscape such as E2E OSS & BSS, CRM/CPQ, Product Catalog, Order Management (OM), Service Order Management, Inventory Management, Microservices based Architecture, RPA, Service Fulfillment, Service Assurance, Billing, and Invoicing for B2C / B2B business.
• Should have a business focus, and an equal understanding of IT/Technology enablement, so as to be able to align the business goals/objectives to the IT delivery.
• Good experience in data modelling, UML, and integration patterns.
• Has good understanding of frameworks relevant for Telecommunications domain (for e.g. eTOM, SID, TAM, ITIL, ODA)
• Able to understand and translate business requirements, and working with product / technical and operations teams to help design and build new Products and Services
• Able to conduct workshops and design thinking sessions, to understand IT Process / Technology / Architecture and existing OSS/BSS implementations.
• Able to deliver intelligent business insights through translation of reports and analytics.
• Fair understanding of both B2C & B2B Product Lifecycle management (Products, Promotion, Pricing, Digital Marketing etc.)
• Understanding of technologies such as 4G/5G/Metro Ethernet/ATM/MPLS/SONET/SDH etc. and their mapping to OSS systems is an added advantage.

OSS Designer + Networks (8+ Yrs)

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced OSS Functional Designer with strong expertise in Telecom Plan & Build processes and hands-on experience in workflow systems. The ideal candidate will design and deliver functional solutions that enhance network planning, provisioning, and rollout efficiency through process automation and orchestration.Key Responsibilities:

• Design and document functional solutions for OSS systems, focusing on Plan & Build, Service Fulfilment (L2C), and Service Assurance (T2R) domains.
• Develop and refine workflow models to automate operational processes using BPMN, Camunda, or equivalent tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teamsincluding business analysts, architects, and developers—to translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications.
• Ensure alignment with industry standards and frameworks such as TM Forum (eTOM, SID).
• Define and manage integration points between OSS components and external systems like GIS, NMS, and BSS.
• Conduct requirement-gathering sessions, stakeholder validation, and end-to-end functional reviews.
• Support process optimization, automation, and orchestration initiatives to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Work closely with client stakeholders (e.g., BT Fixed Network – Plan & Build) to ensure solution relevance and compliance with business goals.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 8+ years of experience in OSS functional design within telecom environments.
• Mandatory experience in Fixed Network Plan & Build domain, including network rollout, provisioning, and inventory planning.
• Strong understanding of workflow systems and process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN, Camunda).
• Familiarity with network technologies (IP, Optical, Wireless) and inventory systems.
• Proficiency in telecom process frameworks—Plan & Build, Service Fulfilment (L2C), Service Assurance (T2R), and Billing.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with BT or other large telecom operators.

Functional Designer (Workflow System)

Overview:We are looking for an experienced Telecom Functional Designer with strong expertise in BT OSS environments, particularly in workflow management tools within the Plan & Build domain. The role involves designing functional solutions, defining workflows, and ensuring seamless integration across BT's OSS ecosystem to enable efficient network rollout and service delivery.Key Responsibilities:

• Design, document, and validate functional solutions for BT OSS applications and workflow systems.
• Develop and enhance workflows to automate processes within BT's Plan & Build ecosystem, using BT's workflow management tools.
• Collaborate with BT stakeholders, architects, and development teams to translate business requirements into functional designs.
• Define functional specifications and integration touchpoints between OSS, BSS, GIS, and network inventory systems.
• Work closely with BT's business teams to ensure solution alignment with operational processes and compliance standards.
• Participate in requirement workshops, solution walkthroughs, and end-to-end validation sessions.
• Ensure designs adhere to TM Forum (eTOM, SID) frameworks and BT architectural principles.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying automation and process optimization opportunities.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 8+ years of experience as an OSS Functional Designer in the telecom domain.
• Hands-on experience working with BT OSS systems and workflow management tools (e.g., BT Workflow, BT Plan & Build tools).
• Strong knowledge of telecom Plan & Build, Service Fulfilment (L2C), and Service Assurance (T2R) processes.
• Good understanding of network technologies (IP, Optical, Wireless) and inventory management systems.
• Proven experience in functional documentation, requirement analysis, and solution validation.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working directly with BT projects or environments.
