We are looking for a dynamic & expert domain consultant in Banking & Finance / Telecom domain who can do consulting driven business development. Key Responsibilities:- Leverage expertise in domain business lifecycle to create application/product road map/solutions for client at C-suite level.- Partner with senior stakeholders/CXOs to understand their business challenges and propose innovative solutions.- Expertise in current & future trends of the industry and guide clients on adoption of those trends/features.- Collaborate with sales, delivery, and product teams to define value-driven solutions for clients.- Lead customer workshops, PoCs, demos, and solution presentations to articulate ROI and business impact.- Craft high-quality proposals, pitch decks, business cases, and solution blueprints.- Mentor and guide the presales team to enhance capability and solution quality.- Stay ahead of market trends in technologies like Cloud, Data, AI/ML, RPA, and emerging technologies to build future-ready offerings. Required Skills & Experience:- 9 13 years of exceptional domain expertise & business lifecycle of the industry.- Deep understanding of business lifecycle in one or more domains: Banking, Fintech, or Telecom.- Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills at CxO level.- Expertise in Solution Consulting / Technology Advisory to CxO level.- Proven track record in solutioning complex deals and enabling business growth.- Ability to translate business requirements into compelling technology solutions.- Exposure working with Big 4 Consulting firms / Top consulting firms. Good to Have - Exposure to crafting solutions in AI/ML, Cloud, RPA, Data Engineering, or Digital Transformation. (ref:iimjobs.com)
