Role & responsibilities

  • Design ELV systems based on project requirements and industry standards.
  • Prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and technical proposals for ELV projects.
  • Analyze tender documents, drawings, and project specifications to determine requirements.
  • Source and compare vendor pricing for ELV equipment and materials.
  • Conduct cost analysis and risk assessments for project feasibility.
  • Ensure compliance with NFPA, Indian Standards, and project requirements.
  • Collaborate with the sales and project teams to develop proposals.
  • Assist in value engineering to optimize costs while maintaining quality.
  • Maintain design and estimation records for future reference.

Preferred candidate profile

Education

  • Bachelors Degree/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering

  • Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or a related field.

  • 5-10 years of experience in ELV design and estimation.
  • Strong knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, BMS, and Structured Cabling.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and estimation software.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
