Role & responsibilities
- Design ELV systems based on project requirements and industry standards.
- Prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and technical proposals for ELV projects.
- Analyze tender documents, drawings, and project specifications to determine requirements.
- Source and compare vendor pricing for ELV equipment and materials.
- Conduct cost analysis and risk assessments for project feasibility.
- Ensure compliance with NFPA, Indian Standards, and project requirements.
- Collaborate with the sales and project teams to develop proposals.
- Assist in value engineering to optimize costs while maintaining quality.
- Maintain design and estimation records for future reference.
Preferred candidate profile
Education
Bachelors Degree/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering
Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in ELV design and estimation.
- Strong knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, BMS, and Structured Cabling.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and estimation software.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
