About the company:
Our client is a leading manufacturer of new-gen vending machines that serve various flavours of hot beverages.
Job Summary:
The person will lead, manage and support the field Sales team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in coordinating service operations for commercial products and must be capable of efficiently handling customer support and engineer scheduling. This role bridges the gap between customers and field service, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Key Deliverables:
- Drive the business for machine sales & consumables in the given region.
- Build & maintain a robust sales pipeline from lead allocation to closure.
- Set aggressive targets, monitor progress weekly, and course-correct real time.
- Drive conversion of marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) into closed deals.
- Conduct high-stakes negotiations with HoReCa, corporates, institutions, and retail buyers.
- Ensure machine installation + consumables contract sign-ups go hand in hand.
- Report to senior leadership with weekly dashboards.
- Track consumption patterns and identify upsell opportunities.
Desired Candidate:
- Prior expererince in corporate / institutional sales preferably in the HORECA environment
- Persion who has expererince in Telecom, FMCG, Beverages, Consumer Durables are preferred
- Proven track record of achieving target in previous roles
- Should be comfortable handling both B2B (corporates, hotels, restaurants) and B2C activation-driven closures.
