Role Description
As a Junior Sales Executive, you will play a key role in expanding our customer base and executing sales operations. Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, communicating with potential clients, managing the sales pipeline, and maintaining relationships with schools and educators. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, requiring active collaboration with the sales and marketing team to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage leads, maintain client relationships, and drive revenue growth
- Sales and persuasion skills with a results-driven approach
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field is preferred
- Experience in the education or ed-tech sector is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office or CRM tools is an advantage
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
