Position: Assistant Manager - Consulting (Bid Support)

Mandatory Qualification:

  • Minimum BE/ B.Tech/ MCA/ MSc (IT) or equivalent
  • 5+ years of relevant experience.

  • Experience of working with Government, PSU, or Consulting organizations of bid evaluation methodologies, pricing structures, and technical-commercial documentation.

Experience

  • Hands-on experience in government tendering processes, including preparation of RFPs, EOIs, BOQs and bid documentation.
  • Exposure to preparation of RFPs and proposal responses for large IT/e-Governance projects.
  • Familiarity with e-Procurement platforms such as CPPP and GeM, including bid submission, evaluation, and post-tender activities.
  • Strong understanding of public procurement guidelines, contract management processes, and tender compliances.
  • Good communication skills and stakeholder management Travel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Travel

Occasional travel within Delhi/NCR and other client locations as required.

Below are the key responsibilities:

1. Bid Preparation & Documentation


• Coordinate and prepare complete bid responses including technical, commercial, and administrative sections.


• Review RFP/NIT documents to identify compliance requirements, eligibility criteria, and submission formats.


• Draft and standardize bid documents such as cover letters, compliance matrices, bidder queries, and supporting annexures.


• Maintain repository of reusable bid content, templates, and credentials.

2. Tender Management Support


• Manage end-to-end e-tendering process on government portals (CPPP, GeM, etc.) including registration, bid upload, and submission.


• Support in framing of tendering guidelines, policies, and standard bid formats in alignment with organizational practices.


• Liaise with internal departments for gathering inputs on technical and financial components.

3. Coordination with Stakeholders


• Work closely with the Business Development, Consulting, and Finance teams to compile inputs for proposal submissions.


• Coordinate with client representatives, vendors, and partners for clarifications and bid-related communications.


• Facilitate pre-bid meetings, documentation of minutes, and query submission to clients.

4. Contracting & Post-Bid Activities


• Assist in commercial negotiations, bid clarifications, and contract documentation.

Track the status of submitted bids, evaluations, and results.


• Support in maintaining bid dashboards, MIS, and reports for management review.

5. Process Improvement & Knowledge Management


• Maintain documentation of standard processes, checklists, and templates for tendering.


• Contribute to automation and digitization initiatives in bid management.


• Capture learnings from completed bids and integrate feedback for future improvement.
