We are looking for Assistant Manager for Team Lease Services Ltd Delhi Branch .

Location- Mohan Easte Delhi Team Lease Office

Immediate Joiner can apply .

Minimum- 5-7 Years exp in Hiring , Team handling , Sourcing .

Must have worked in Ecommerece, FMCS , Staffing Background.

Role & responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a recruitment team of 10+ members across various roles and industries.
  • Drive end-to-end recruitment for domestic clients including sourcing, screening, scheduling, selection, negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Ensure timely fulfilment of manpower requirements for shutdowns, ongoing operations, and project-based needs.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies via job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
  • Set and track team KPIs related to closure timelines, offer-to-join ratios, and quality of hire.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients to understand manpower needs and forecast hiring trends.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, support, and performance evaluation of team members.
  • Maintain detailed MIS and dashboards to monitor team output and recruitment performance.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Strong experience in staffing and manpower supply for domestic clients , Swiggy , Zepto , Flipkart
  • Demonstrated success in leading and scaling recruitment teams.
  • Deep understanding of manpower planning, hiring cycles, and recruitment trends in the Indian market.
  • Ability to manage volume and niche hiring simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, team management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient with ATS and Excel, and various job portals.
