Key Responsibilities (KRAs):
- Lead end-to-end sales cycle: from client acquisition to deal closure.
- Develop strong client relationships with HNI, NRI, and global investors.
- Promote and sell luxury real estate projects from leading developers.
- Provide investment advisory and consultation to clients, aligning with their financial goals.
- Manage sales negotiations, presentations, and closing high-value property deals.
- Maintain a strong pipeline through networking, digital platforms, and corporate tie-ups.
- Achieve and exceed monthly & quarterly sales targets.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Proven experience in real estate sales / property investment sales
- Strong track record of closing premium deals and managing HNI clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to excel in a global real estate market.
- Candidates with experience in Dubai / Gulf real estate will have an added advantage.
Location & Relocation Benefits:
- Initial operation base: Elite Properties India, Mani Casadone, New Town, Kolkata.
- After 2–3 months of performance review, relocation to our Dubai office (DVAM Real Estate LLC). But upon preferences, can be allocated to HQ.
- Work Visa, accommodation, and travel expenses will be fully covered by the company.
