Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team and spearhead our market expansion in Pune. You will be the face of I-Spice, responsible for building a strong network of retail outlets, grocery stores, and potential hotel/restaurant (HORECA) clients. This is a ground-floor opportunity to grow with a brand that is passionate about quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Penetration & Distribution: Identify, prospect, and onboard new retail partners including kirana stores, supermarkets, specialty food stores, and weekly markets across Pune.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with store owners, managers, and purchase departments.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Drive primary and secondary sales, consistently meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Product Knowledge: Become an expert on the I-Spice product range—from basic whole spices to signature blends—and effectively communicate our unique selling propositions (freshness, purity, no additives).
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and market trends in the FMCG/spice sector within Pune. Provide regular feedback to management.
  • Order & Inventory Management: Ensure timely order processing, manage stock levels at distributor/retailer points, and minimize stock-outs.
  • Merchandising: Ensure optimal product visibility and placement through effective merchandising and planogram adherence at retail points.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience of 1 year in FMCG sales, preferably in food or beverage products.
  • A strong existing network with retailers and distributors in Pune is a significant advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, persistent, and target-oriented with a hunter mentality.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and familiarity with sales reporting.
  • Own a two-wheeler and a valid driving license is mandatory.
  • Minimum qualification: HSC / Diploma / Bachelor's degree.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
